Throughout my practice, I had a chance to help several people release old beliefs and replace those old beliefs with new healthier versions. Release the maladaptive coping mechanisms and replace with healthy adaptive coping mechanisms is the primary focus of RTT. Watching a client identify old worn out patterned behavior and create a new focus is liberating.
